Registration includes attendance at your choice of sessions, keynotes, t-shirt, exhibit hall of vendors, lunch, State Board of Education credits, attendance certificate, and promotional items.

  Pre-Conference is on Friday from 4 pm-7 pm

   Conference is on Saturday from 8 am - 5pm

ATTENTION SCHOOL SECRETARIES OR ANYONE TRYING TO REGISTER A GROUP: Our system does not currently have the ability to accept group registrations. You will need to use a registrants existing profile or create
a new one for them using THEIR email address. Please have the attendee check their login credentials before registering to avoid creating multiple accounts. You simply type in the email address and if an account exists it will pull up the individual. Some have accounts under personal email addresses instead of school. All profile information may be edited once logged in. A secondary email address may be added to any account (i.e. a school admin that is registering if needed for receipt purposes).

Important Information:

Please note that session selections will not be made other than for those that register to attend a pre-conference. To attend the session of your choice please arrive on time to get a seat, once the room is full you will have to choose another available session. If you are attending a Pre-Conference Session make sure to select the presenter you prefer to see on Friday when completing registration online, we will not be able to guarantee your spot in a specific session if you skip this step.

All sales final, conference fees are non-refundable. If paying by check your registration is not complete until your payment is received in the mail. See below for mailing address.

T-Shirts will be available to those registered by September 1st. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SELECT YOUR T-SHIRT SIZE WHEN REGISTERING. We will try our best to provide shirts to those who register after October 1st but cannot guarantee it will be available at conference.


Hotel Reservations

Please use the following link to make hotel reservations at the Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas-Mesquite to receive the discounted KToT rates: single/double for $109 or triple/quad for $129.00. Please be sure to mention you are with KToT to receive the special conference rates. The special conference rates will be available until September 6, 2018. You will need to valet park and a voucher will be given at the end of conference to cover parking fee. The hotel is located at 1700 Rodeo Dr Mesquite, Texas 75149
